It's absolutely wonderful when you get a real professional with a great attitude and knows what they are doing. Will came to my house put me at ease and got on with the job I mean what more could you ask. He sorted my patio door out with no problem. Thanks Will, you are now firmly in my address book. My review is well overdue, I had a problem with our existing alarm when we first moved into property. Nobody wanted to know, only Will! He came as soon as he could and made some recommendations, really liked his attitude and experience. In the end we went for a new alarm completely with the recommendations from Will. It was fitted all sorted within a couple of weeks. It's brilliant and so easy to use and we feel extremely confident either in or out now. I also have the relief knowing that if anything does go wrong with it, which it hasn't yet, and it's been in for quite a while now Will or John will come and sort!

Absolutely excellent service! In one of my short stay apartments, my guest couldn't lock the door due to the extreme heat causing the door to warp. Immediately I rang Will, Sure Locks, at 17.45 and asked if he could help my guests. He changed his plans and went to site in 30mins! Sorted the problem and even waited til my guests were happy with the locking of the door themselves. In the Short Stay business, service to sort problems immediately is imperative and Will went above and beyond. I don't know what I would have done. Thank you.

John was great, i messaged him on the weekend re a non urgent problem with my patio doors and he came round the next working day.
He was able to fix the problem in no time at all, replacing all the inside locking of the patio door. He left no mess as he tidied up and took the old parts with him to discard of.
Great service and wouldn't hesitate to use again or recommend.

Great friendly knowledgeable service. My front door locking mechanism had broken along with the door handle. They came round same day to replace with no extra call out charge. Were able to replace both on the spot. Very happy customer.

Will arrived on time & after greetings, he offered taking his shoes off to come inside my house. After a quick inspection of defective windows, Will gave me a price with options. He honered his price and gone beyond our agreement. I highly recommend "Sure Locks" as I am fully satisfied.

Brilliant service. My front porch door was playing up and I was afraid one day I wouldn’t be able to get in. Surelock came and helped me , put new locks on as well as replacing something on the door they kindly also sorted my garage small door and replaced the conservatory locks, making me feel more safe now in my house.

Called early as the door stopped locking! I have a 5 month old son so it was a security concern for us. John was understanding and luckily was very nearby! Within 15 mins he was at the door fixing it. Repaired good as new and very reasonable cost.

Very pleased with the service. Our back door wasn’t locking properly, when I threw the handle up the bolts weren’t engaging in the frame. John came out when he said he would, fixed the problem, and didn’t leave me with an extortionate bill. Very professional approach and would thoroughly recommend.

Contacted sure locks to change the locks on my doors and windows. They gave me an estimate and arranged an appointment quickly. When they came round, they were professional and polite. Great service, I'm happy with my new locks on my windows and doors, highly recommend.

Very polite and informative service. Would definitely use them again and gave me a quote once they had checked what was wrong and asked if I still wanted to go ahead. Very clear and open no hidden agenda. They wore masks and took their shoes off also. They were fantastic!

Rang Surelocks after seeing great reviews and happy that I did. John and his assistant came promptly and replaced faulty lock on upvc door and window. Great service and price. Couldn't believe I then had to call him out within a few days when the wind caught the other french door and broke the bracket. John came out same day and swiftly fixed the door bracket and lock. He also put on a hinge to secure against the wind catching it again. Fantastic, prompt and friendly service with a price you can't grumble about. Thank you John and assistant for coming to my rescue, yet again.

Sure Locks were reliable and very skilled , they had repaired the lock very quickly and ordered other security locks as requested. Had someone else come out to a broken lock, over priced and charged £50 just for the call out. Contacted Will at SureLocks and he came out quickly to have a look free of charge and resolved the issue at a fair price same day

Excellent service. Called them at lunchtime having earlier been quoted by a previous company £300 to change a lock (and they tried to charge a £50 cancellation fee). Sure Lock came out that same afternoon having quoted a third of the previous quote and changed the lock immediately. Fantastic service and would recommend to anyone else.
